Darkness...

Darkness

That silent predator feeding upon our souls

Rupturing innocence through deformed menaces

Crushing all hope of sanctuary.

Darkness

That great ejaculate of twisted themes

Seducer of sanity,

Defiler of purity

Keeper of Hell's anguish.

Darkness

That suppurating Saviour

Devour me

  2. To say this is dark would be an understatement.

  3. Interesting juxtaposition of the dark/night and sexuality. I know it's been done before but I've never seen it done better. And it makes great sense, especially considering our anglo-saxon puritanism. Our English/American sensibilities are so inflamed by something as natural as sex always irritates me. Of course, I may have missed the point entirely! heheh

  5. Lynn

    Quite Deeply disturbed
    Poems of shadow, struggle
    Shine bright as the sun.

  6. You are the darkness
    of all sweet morrows
    devouring souls
    of all their light
    sightless
    they grasp for...?

Oh how I love reading you! :) x
