''Ham and Eggs Dexter Morgan''?

Darkness

That silent predator feeding upon our souls

 Rupturing innocence through deformed menaces

Crushing all hope of sanctuary.

Darkness

That great ejaculate of twisted themes

Seducer of sanity,

Defiler of purity.

Keeper of  Hell's torment

Darkness...

My suppurating saviour

Devour me...

Darkness dwells within each of us accompanying our every thought whilst gnawing at the restraints of reason. Most of us, however, manage to keep this darkness at bay by venting our temptation through other channels...

Like the TV Channel 'Fox' through which we get to socialise with everyone's favourite Serial Killer ( and all round sexy sociopath ) the Delicious Dexter Morgan...(I'm a female Gargoyle...I get to fancy him too ok?)

Dexter's actions are mostly governed by what he refers to as his 'Dark Passenger'. This alter-ego allows Dexter to slash through the restrictions of social doctrine by reeking vengeance upon all who...also slash through the restrictions of social doctrine!

The difference between him and them is...he kills in the name of 'Justice' whereas they kill in the name of  'Opportunity' and did I mention  he's just a bit gorgeous?. Either way, killing is killing, yet we jump from our moral high ground to favour this Saviour with a Syringe! Why?...

Because Dexter compromises our ethical values making him both disgusting and disturbing but always...exciting and worryingly attractive!

Dexter exposes the darkness within us all...so how do we appease this monster that hides beneath our skin?

Well they say 'Music Soothes the Savage Beast'. Not in this case it doesn't!

'Ham and Eggs Dexter Morgan' by 'Bad Action' thankfully doesn't soothe the beast...it Feeds it! With it's scandalously sensuous eroticism the penetrating pulse of the baseline conjures almost phallic imagery lending itself as the perfect accompaniment to anything Dexter-ous!

With this sound throbbing seductively in the background I'm sure some 'Guests' as they lay upon Dexter's pseudo-sacrificial alter would almost  welcome the feel of sharpened steel brushing against their trembling flesh. Such is the hypnotic thread of this track. The lyrics are gracefully menacing with defined threat underlining the pernicious intent.

So there we have it! A perfect breakfast for the orally fixated..''Ham and Eggs'' and ''Dexter Morgan''... It's what gets you through the day...Enjoy...

The Grumbling Gargoyle...Introduction.

''In order to appreciate all that is good

We must first explore the dark and wanton side''.

Wise words...

(and not too detached from those uttered by Joanna Lumley to promote yoghurt some time ago...Before she went all Ghurka-esque!)

Regardless, this Gargoyle cares not for yoghurt ( ok, maybe just the chocolate one with the crunchy bits if I've had a bad day ).

This Gargoyle wants to Wallow with the Wanton

Slither through the Sinister

Meander with the Macabre...

Then maybe stop for a quick pickle sandwich before carrying on.

Remember...

There is no Glory in Good!

Good is a sanctuary sought by the weak and the shallow

Good is for fools and the faint hearted, for cowards and Cardinals

Good is but a veil worn to mask the Demon who dwells within

Good is a lie.

( look, I have to say things like that...I'm trying to create an image here for God's sake!...if you must know, at the minute, I'm nursing a pigeon called Stan back to health whilst he spends most of the night crapping on me...See! I'm not a complete bastard!)

As I was saying...

Light has no place within the darkened pages soon to follow...

Here we shall thrust ourselves into the orifice of Utopian imagery and embark upon a journey of sublime exploration....then we'll probably stop for a coffee and the Mother of all cream cakes...and then we'll carry on...
