Christmas Robin Red Breast...

Dear Christmas Robin Red Breast

Perched upon my sill

Whose morning call awakens me

With its song so shrill

Oh how my heart does flutter

And sweet colour flush my cheek

When I think of sitting you

In my palm

And duct taping your bloody beak!

  1. I laughed at the ending. So Cinderella-ish then Wamb. Loved it

    2. Haha! Shortly after writing this I took my dog for a walk to the local cemetery...( 'tis my favourite place )...and as we walked along a particular path, there stood right in front of me a robin wearing an experssion of such malice, the likes of which I've never seen before...and I swear it was staring straight ate me...accusingly! haha! Thanks for comment Patrick, glad this gave you a titter...:)
